BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

Box Tops will be collected throughout the school year.  There is a collection box in each school office, so clip them, save them, and send them in to school!

You can send the box tops in a baggie or envelope -OR- print this form, attach, and send.

Donations

BMMS PTA supports our students' education and sponsors fun family events throughout the school year. Although all PTA fundraising is voluntary, we hope all our families consider participating in the fundraisers knowing that the money raised goes back into the school for the benefit of all Berea-Midpark Middle School students.
